Booking for an Event
If a user wishes to reserve a place on an event, we ask for name, email address, phone number, and for children, we may ask for the age of the child. This is used purely for the administration of the event.

All of our users’ information, is restricted to those who need the information to perform a role (for example, administration of the website, organising events, circulating the newsletter.
